Designed by Jesse Linardi for Milieu Property, the Campbell Street project once realised will cleverly configure a 78 square-metre parcel of land in Collingwood into two light-filled, three-bedroom apartments over four levels. As well as three bedrooms, each apartment will boast a cellar, cinema, ground-floor garage, roof-top terrace and pool deck; a light well spanning the height of the property will illuminate each home. Campbell Street’s exterior will have a jewel-like appearance with metal studs and a perforated, powder coated, operable steel screen. This project has a construction value of $1 million and a building timeframe of 10 months.
